  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 1 ½ -2 tsp oil
  • 1 finely chopped cup of onions
  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  • ¾ cups of red thinly sliced and chopped tomatoes

  • ½ tsp red chili powder(optional)
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Salt as needed
  • Coriander or mint leaves few finely chopped

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Spring curry leaves
  • 3 cloves 3 cardamoms 1 pinch cinnamon

Steps To Make Egg Curry Recipe

  1. To make egg curry, Frist of all boil the eggs and remove their shells carefully so that the shape won’t get damaged.
  2. Then pierce it randomly and evenly in all the sides so that it can absorb all the flavors from all the sides. It can add better taste to the recipe.
